Forgot your Photo & Video Album password?

Recently we noticed that some users may have forgotten their passwords.

If you forgot you password, please follow these simple steps:

• When logging in, click "I forgot my password".

• Enter the email address which you used when you signed up.

• Click on the link that you receive in your email or copy and paste it to your browser.

If you would like to change the random password that you received:

• After logging in, click on "My Profile" (all the way at the top of the page).

• Click on "Change my password".

• Enter your Current password, and the new password.

• Please do not change anything else in your profile.
